Byli jsme tu v rámci restaurant weeku a jídlo bylo moc dobré. Překvapilo nás menu A, které je víc bezmasé a mořský vlk byl vynikající. Taky houbová polévka byla skvělá. Panenka z menu B trochu sušší, ale i tak jsme byli celkové spokojení. Překvapilo mě nevšední pivo Siberian pale ale, které bylo skvělé. Byl u nás i majitel, který byl velmi milý a příjemný. Odcházeli jsme spokojení a rádi se sem někdy zase vrátíme.

Jídlo nebylo vůbec dobré – chuť mdlá a celkově odfláknuté. Navíc mě hodně zklamalo, že místo toho, aby se tam učni ze střední školy skutečně učili vařit, tak je mají postavené k myčce nebo používají jen jako uklízeče. Pokud tohle má být restaurace, kde se má člověk dobře najíst a mladí kuchaři získat praxi, tak to tu moc nefunguje.

Měli jsme dnes možnost navštívit The Twisted Fig v rámci Restaurant Week. Vše bylo skvělý, od prostředí až po jídlo. Moc nám zpříjemnila večer velice milá obsluha, zejména pan Hogg. Děkujeme moc za úchvatný zážitek a určitě to není naposledy, kdy jsme Vaši restauraci navštívili.

Zaujímavá reštaurácia, krásne zariadená. Chutné jedlo - takmer špičkové a za dostupnú cenu (hlavne na Karlín). Profesionálna obsluha. Ale dávam jej dole jednu hviezdičku, lebo po obede som mala chuť na kávu a dezert, no to mi nebolo ponúknuté (pritom nebolo ani plno). Možno nabudúce. Ale na obed určite zase prídem.

V rámci Restaurant Week Česko jsme navštívili skvělou restauraci The Twisted Fig v rodinném boutique hotelu The Hotel Fitzgerald. Restaurace i hotel jsou nádherné, pokrmy byly skvělé, specialně houbové cappuccino a servis v restauraci byl velice profesionální, ale zároveň moc milý a přátelský. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma. Definitivně se sem rádi vrátíme.

Jídlo mě vůbec neoslovilo – bez chuti, nevýrazné a celkově působilo odbytě. Co mě ale zarazilo nejvíc, je přístup k učňům. Místo toho, aby měli možnost se něco naučit v kuchyni, tráví čas převážně na myčce nebo jen uklízejí. Jestli má tohle být prostředí pro praxi a kvalitní gastronomii, tak tady to rozhodně neplatí.

Velice mile bistro V Karlíně, které zdaleka nemá Karlínské ceny. Obsluha je zde extrémně milá a jídlo výborné. Kromě klasické nabídky v menu nabízí také večerní speciality, stačí se zeptat. Brownies mají naprosto skvěle 😍 určitě doporučuji místo navštívit.
